Dr. Jaydon Ryan is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their dental care. By combining modern technology, clear communication, and a personable approach, he strives to create positive dental experiences that keep patients smiling. Dr. Ryan sees patients at Basin Dental’s Roy location, where he provides comprehensive care in a welcoming, high-tech environment.

The Professional Side

Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, and raised in the Layton and Kaysville areas, Dr. Ryan earned his undergraduate education at Weber State University before completing his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at Midwestern University–Arizona. He chose dentistry because he enjoys building relationships with people, helping others improve their health, and making patients smile—often with a well-timed dad joke.

Dr. Ryan believes the best patient experiences begin with listening, education, and communication. He understands that patients feel most comfortable when they clearly understand their treatment options and know what to expect during care. His patient-centered philosophy focuses on making every visit comfortable, positive, and collaborative while ensuring that patients always feel heard and respected.

Using modern dental technology and advanced treatment techniques, Dr. Ryan provides personalized care tailored to each patient’s needs and goals. In addition to practicing general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Ryan specializes in the following services:

The Personal Side

Outside the office, Dr. Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Kallie, and their children, Tyler, Grayson, Jake, and Chloe. Whether he’s hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, or playing sports with his kids, he loves staying active and making memories with his family.

Dr. Ryan is also a big college football fan and enjoys cheering on Utah Football whenever he gets the chance. One fun fact patients may not expect: He can do the worm! He also considers sushi one of his favorite foods and enjoys bringing a fun, easygoing personality into the office to help patients feel relaxed and comfortable during their visits.
